How It Works
Simple lead flow
- Homeowners request a quote through our site
- Leads are sent to you automatically based on your territory
- Each lead includes the customer's city, service type, and any job notes they provided
- Accept and you get the customer's full contact details — pass and there's no charge
- Accepted leads are billed at a flat $15 each, invoiced monthly
Contractor Terms
By partnering with ScreenFixPro you agree to the following:
What we expect from you
- Respond to accepted leads promptly and professionally
- Represent yourself honestly — do not use the ScreenFixPro name or brand in your own marketing
- Treat customers with the same care you'd give your own direct customers
- Any pattern of complaints, no-shows, or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from the network
What you can expect from us
- We only send leads relevant to your territory and service type
- You are never obligated to accept a lead
- We will credit or waive charges for leads that are clearly invalid (wrong number, spam, etc.) at our discretion
Ending the relationship
- Either party may end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, with no penalty
- ScreenFixPro retains sole discretion over territory assignments, contractor participation, and lead routing
